How do I create my company profile and post my first job?
Click on Employers from the home page, click on Sign-Up. Create your company profile with your user ID and password, click on "Submit". Go to “Job Manager” and fill out for your job posting, your job listing will be posted immediately.

Do I have to create company profile each time I need to post a job?
No, once your company profile has been created, simply log in to post any future jobs.

We have several Administrators working for our company. How do we change the email address, or the name for each individual Administrator for each ad?
You must create a new company profile for each Administrator.

What is a job code?
The job code is entered by you and it is for your own reference.

How do I modify my ads?
Login with your user ID and Password, go to “Job Manager”, and click the “Edit” button beside the job title of the ad you want to modify, make your changes, and click on “Update” Job.

How do I renew or extend my ads for another 30 days without retyping, or reposting it from scratch?
Login with your user ID and Password, go to “Job Manager”, if the Job has expired, go to your "Pending Jobs". Click on the job title of the ad you want to renew, Click on “Activate Jobs” at the bottom of the screen

How do I change my contact information on my ad?
Login with your user ID and Password, click on “Job Manager”, select the ad you wish to change, and click the "Edit" button, make your contact changes to the ad and click on “Update”.

You can select or hide which information should be displayed with your Job Posting.

How do I post my résumé?
You may post your résumé for free! Just fill out the New Member Registration Form. For your convenience, we email you your user name and password.

How do I search for a job?
Go to the Job Search Page and fill out the form. You can make your search as general or specific as you like. When you submit the form, you will be taken to a page containing the details of all jobs in the database, which match your search criteria.

How do I paste my résumé
To "paste" your résumé, please ensure you are cutting and pasting actual formatted TEXT from an OPEN word processor or text editor. Simply open your résumé file, then choose "Select All" [Ctrl + A] from your "Edit" menu (at the upper left of your window); go to the "Edit" menu a second time, and select "Copy" [Ctrl + C]. Then go to your web browser and click into the résumé text field; go to your "Edit" menu and choose "Paste." [Ctrl + V] You should see your résumé appear in the text field immediately. special fonts and/or formatting WILL NOT be copied.

How do I search résumés?
You will see a hyperlink to the Résumé Search form on the Employer Services Page. Follow the hyperlink to the Résumé search form. This form contains multiple fields for searching the Résumé table. Once you have defined your search and submitted the form, you will be shown a list of matching résumés. Click on the link to any résumé to see the entire résumé, in a printable form.

Every time I launch the site & try to log in, it gives me an error message "Session Time Out".
You will need to have cookies accepted in the browser in order to do that please go to Tools >> Internet Options, click the Privacy tab and make sure the setting is set to "Medium Privacy"
or you can click the "Default" button for default settings. Close your browser and try again.

If you are using an entry-level firewall like ZoneAlarm, make sure you have the latest release. If you encounter a problem then you can either disable the specific firewall or configure it to allow accepting cookies.

I’ve lost my username and password, and I’ve change my email address, what should I do?
Please send us a message, with your previous email address, street address, city, province, country, postal code and phone number. Once we verify this information, we will modify your account and send you your username and password to your current email address

Why can’t I log in with the username and password that you sent me?
Make sure that you are entering the username and password exactly how it appears in the email.
