We are currently looking
for experienced, energetic independent sales professional
to continue bringing in new business in the GTA. The Successful
candidate will have a strong sales background, be a self-starter
with experience, entrepreneurial spirit, passion and motivation.
Responsibilities:
* Craft, layout and send proposals to potential and existing
customers
* Generate leads, make follow up calls and build new relationships
and maintain existing ones
* Identify and close new business revenue streams
* Working on general marketing strategies.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated sales experience including prospecting
for new clients and closing sales.
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Internet knowledge
* Excellent communications skills and the ability to adapt
to different communication styles
* A business-like environment to work from without interruption
or distraction
* An internet connection - either high speed or a no limit
size for attachments
* Great telephone presence, an excellent command of the
English language
* A good understanding of sales processes
* Ability to develop win-win relationships with clients
* A good understanding of the benefits of Diversity and
Equity hiring
The successful candidate will work from their home office.
Compensation package includes a base salary with a generous
commission. Preferences will be given to candidates who
have experience dealing with HR Departments and Recruiters.
